Body, Mind & Soul
Cosmetic surgeries and the "shallow" stamp go hand in hand.

When we look for outer beauty there's actually a lot more going on in the inside.
Every beautiful nose, perfect breasts and flawless smile has an untold story.
My beauty journey; the "before" and "after"
The story "before" the surgeries
Early 2017 I started doing my research about cosmetic surgeries. My first priority was to find a reliable plastic surgeon.
First I was only interested in a tummy tuck. But in the 6 years doing research time and gravity have not been mercifully to me. So by the time I was convinced and felt safe enough to go through with the surgeries there was a lot more to fix than a belly.
Here's the list:
-
upper eyelid correction
-
rhinoplasty
-
middle facelift
-
neck lift
-
breast augmentation
-
liposuction 360 degrees
-
abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
-
skinny BBL

Family and friends told me I'm crazy. That there's nothing wrong with me. That I look beautiful and don't need any surgery.
All of that was true....in their eyes. They saw this self empowered strong single mom, always trying to look good, wearing heels and cute dresses.
Little did they know about what was going on in the inside...

It was never my intention to become a Barbie princess. All I wanted was to recognize myself as me, as how I look from the inside, when I looked into the mirror. That was my only goal and I achieved my goal.

The story "after" the surgeries
We all have our own, different surgery stories. 1 thing we have in common is that we did it or want to do it to get closer to ourselves, to become the person we are. When I look at the mirror I'm truly happy with the results.

To achieve good results and heal in the best way we have to take good care of our inner selves. Drinking a lot of water, visiting the gym 3-4 times a week, walking in the nature, eating home made food, skipping alcohol and tobacco helps our body to recover quickly and preserve our youth.

6 tips to stay close to yourself
1. Be grateful
Focus only on all the good things in your live and appreciate them. Embrace what you have and how far you have come. The health benefits of gratitude are extensive: The simple act can help relieve stress, strengthen social relationships, and more.
2. Get plenty of sleep
Sleep is regenerative for your body. The more sleep you get, the better you will perform the next day.

3. Smile more
It feels great, and some research even shows that even faking a smile can make us feel happier in the moment.

4. Spend more time with loved ones
In our busy lives, we need to make time for the people who matter most to us. Make a point every day to check in with at least one friend or family member just to see how they are doing.

5. Live your passion
Do more of what you love, and less of what you don't. Starting a visualization practice can help you get clear on what your passions could look like in practice.

6. Meditate
Set some time aside each day to rest your mind. 10 minutes every day, make a habit of it.
